Wellen Park Pros was founded by Phillip Pifer, an active Construction Superintendent and FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot serving Southwest Florida.

Unlike many drone operators, Wellen Park Pros brings direct experience managing commercial, multifamily, and residential construction projects. This allows us to understand project sequencing, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, and documentation requirements from a contractor’s perspective.

Prior to construction management, I spent over two decades in television, multimedia production, and technology. That background developed a strong understanding of visual communication, photography, video production, and stakeholder presentation. Today I combine that experience with construction management and FAA Part 107 drone operations to provide clear, professional project documentation and reporting.
